In Canada it will be 35k with the M package and in the UK it will be 45k including the package. In any case its just too much for track day riders and club racers. for 25k you can have a great track build on an R1 or a GSXR or even a base S1000RR and you will get a faster machine that you are not afraid to crash. Also the article mentioned a limited production of 500 units but BMW social media is saying it is not limited so you might want to check with them Jensen.

Wed, 23 Sep 2020 15:21:06 +0000https://www.asphaltandrubber.com/?p=190721#comment-453791I don’t see any mention of a Carbon Frame…. sadly I assumed with the previous HP4 and all that technology and manufacturing would move into this new HP4 Rac- *cough* I mean M1000RR. That said for this might not be a terrible thing for BMW and I hope they actually sell all of them (given the HP4 Race debacle).
I’d also love to know more about the race modes… they sound very cool (and WAY above my skill level).

Ah well, if this helps BMW get better results in WSBK then it’s all well and good.
